By signing up and playing Mud Flat Games you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined below. Users who do not comply with these terms of use, can have the accounts blocked, deleted or suffer other in game penalty. We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone.

Users should only have one account for each game. The use of one account by different users (account-sharing) is not allowed. The use of shared IP is subject to limitation and may result in the account being blocked. A shared IP consists of the same IP address being used by more than one user on the same game server. Mud Flat Games reserves the right to refuse permission for the use of shared IPs. The use of open proxies or any software with the purpose of avoiding IP detection, is not allowed.

Posting in any form of illegal, pornographic, sexual, xenophobic, religious, offensive, commercial, or otherwise wrongful content is prohibited. Users in violation will forefit their privacy rights and may be held responsible, i.e. IP addresses can be submitted to legal agencies.

Users are incouraged to be competetive but should be respectful to other users, admins, and game operators. Any inappropriate behavior in relation to Mud Flat Games which comes to attention may result in the user game account suspension or ban by the game operators.

Any exploitation of a weakness or a bug in the game is forbidden. Users are required to report bugs or exploits to Mud Flat Games. Any attempt to access our servers, protected or coded data, any hacking, is forbidden. Decompilation or reverse engineering of the games is also forbidden.

Mud Flat Games reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this site at any time. Mud Flat Games does not guarantee and cannot be held liable in any way for any service or availability of the site or the game data.

Mud Flat Games only ensures game support in English. The offering of such support in any other language at any given time is an act of courtesy and can be terminated at any time by Mud Flat Games.

All rights are reserved by Mud Flat Games. No rights, in particular no exploitation rights, are assigned to the user. Mud Flat Games reserves the right to host, end, or delete a game at will.
